Quinteto Astor Piazzolla
He is a regular pianist in this project and maintains continuous international activity.
Pianist, arranger and composer. A life devoted to the piano, to tango and to music written for different formations, on stages in Argentina and around the world.
Argentine pianist, arranger and composer with an international career. His work brings together performance, musical writing, production and repertoire preparation for different formats.
Trained in Buenos Aires with Gabriel Mourelos, Antonio De Raco and Nilda Somma, his current practice moves between collaborations, repertoire work and tango-centred projects approached from a contemporary perspective.
From 2011 to 2020 he was pianist with Tango Fire, a decisive period that established a sustained presence in theatres and concert halls across several continents. That international path now finds continuity in his present work with Quinteto Astor Piazzolla and in his collaboration with Raúl Lavié, where he develops musical direction, piano and arranging.
Piano, arranging, composition, music production, recording, repertoire development and work with ensembles.
Arrangements for ensembles of every size, instrumental and with voice, including reductions and expansions based on an original source. Full music production, from artistic direction to recording and mixing. Musical leadership of ensembles on stage and in the studio.

He is a regular pianist in this project and maintains continuous international activity.

With Raúl Lavié, he has developed an ongoing body of work in musical direction, piano and arranging through programmes such as Piazzolla Inmortal, Raíces and Honrar la Vida.

He takes part in Tango Buenos Aires across seasons and international touring, within a format built around stage performance and live music.

He maintains an ongoing working space at Esquina Homero Manzi, linked to repertoire, ensemble work and the living practice of tango.
